Project Overview
This project involved the construction of 40m-high bridge piers, requiring scaffolding with high load capacity that met strict safety standards. The client had already worked with a third-party scaffolding company to complete a detailed erection design, calculating the required Ringlock scaffolding components, including standards, ledgers, diagonal braces, planks, couplers, and base jacks. Additionally, the client provided a budget and sought a cost-effective solution without compromising quality.

Our Solution
To meet the client's budget and timeline, we supplied ready-stock Ringlock scaffolding that met the required specifications, significantly reducing lead time. For two types of ledgers and diagonal braces that did not match standard stock sizes, we provided custom fabrication, ensuring precise fit while lowering overall costs. The entire order was manufactured and delivered within 15 days, ensuring the project remained on schedule.
