Project Overview
This 20km railway tunnel project was awarded to one of our long-term partners. Due to our successful past collaborations and proven reliability, the client entrusted us with both manufacturing and sourcing all required materials, including tunnel shoring props and steel formwork. This was our first time producing large-scale steel support structures for such a project.
Our Solution
The project team provided detailed design drawings, but challenges arose during raw material sourcing and fabrication. Throughout the sampling phase, we held regular three-party video meetings with the client and project owner to troubleshoot issues and refine solutions. We completed the prototype order on time, which successfully passed the project owner's testing. As a result, we secured the contract for Phase 2, delivering all required materials for the next stage of construction.
