We work exclusively with trusted premium raw material suppliers, using only high-strength, certified steel (Q235, Q355) that fully complies with international standards such as EN10219, BS1139, ASTM A500 etc.

Each batch is accompanied by a Material Test Certificate (MTC), verifying its strength, quality, and full compliance with international standards. This process also guarantees complete traceability of every raw material used - ensuring transparency, reliability, and consistent quality across all products.

After each batch of raw materials arrives, we conduct re-inspections, verifying dimensions, checking surface appearance, and retaining samples for material testing.

Our advanced automated production lines guarantee precision at every stage - cutting, punching, and welding - with minimal deviation. Compared with manual work, automation greatly reduces the risk of errors. The QC department conducts regular inspections of equipment performance and mold wear to maintain stable and reliable production quality.

We operate advanced in-house coating and galvanizing equipment, enabling us to carry out surface treatments on welded products tailored to customer specifications.

Throughout the entire production process, we conduct random inspections on semi-finished products, checking dimensions, weight, and welding quality to prevent any errors from being discovered only after the product is completed.

Size Check: Dimensions and weight are randomly inspected strictly according to customer drawings.

Easy Assembly: Every custom-built product is precisely assembled and tested to ensure proper functionality and long-term reliability.

Appearance: Smooth surfaces, no sharp edges, and coatings are intact with no peeling or missing areas.

Safety Testing: Static and dynamic load tests are performed to guarantee on-site safety.

Flexible packaging solutions tailored to actual needs and customer requirements are provided, such as iron pallets, wooden pallets, plastic wrapping, cartons, and wooden crates.

Apply anti-rust oil or moisture-proof or deformation-preventing measures to prevent corrosion and damage during transport.

We will provide professional container loading services. Relying on reasonable cargo distribution and loading planning, we will help customers achieve maximum cost savings in the transportation process and enhance overall logistics efficiency.

Every package is clearly labeled with product details for easy unloading, storage, and tracking. Also loading pictures and detailed packing list will be provided with documents.

After the delivery of each order, a complete production log will be kept to facilitate faster quotation when reorders are placed.

After each batch of goods arrives destination port, we will follow up on customer feedback. In case any issues arise during transportation, our business managers will proactively assist you in resolving them.
